These terms cover your use of the FastHer app and the fasther.com website. By using FastHer you agree to them.
Not medical advice
FastHer is a habit tracker. Fasting zones, tips and Helper messages are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Zone times are estimates that vary from person to person. Talk to a doctor before fasting, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, diabetic, take medication or have a history of disordered eating. Stop fasting and get medical help if you feel unwell. FastHer never rewards fasting longer than you planned.
Who can use FastHer
You must be at least 18 years old to use FastHer.
FastHer Plus
- Plus is a subscription sold through Google Play, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you subscribe.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies.
- If you cancel, the Helpers and trinkets you’ve collected stay yours; Plus-only features such as the Log and body tracking lock again until you resubscribe.
Points, eggs and Giftboxes
- Points are earned in the app (fasts, streaks, missions, daily rewards) and can also be bought in point packs through Google Play.
- Points, Helpers and trinkets are a limited licence to use in FastHer. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or transferred, and aren’t refundable except where the law or Google Play’s policies require.
- Eggs and Giftboxes give a random Helper or trinket. The chance of each rarity is shown in the app before you open one. Duplicates give some points back.
- We may change prices, odds or items in future versions; anything you’ve already collected stays yours.
Your data
Your data is stored on your phone and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. Keeping a backup is up to you. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse FastHer: don’t try to break, reverse-engineer or resell the app, cheat purchases or invites, or use it to break the law.
The app itself
FastHer, its Helpers, art and text belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. We work hard to keep FastHer reliable, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make about your health. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and contact
